Requirements For Material Sent in For Reproduction
If you have any questions, please feel free to email me. Please allow plenty of time to process your ad, especially as September approaches.
Mailed photographs and artwork can be picked up at the catalog table during the National Specialty.
- Original photographs (e.g., show photographs, other professional photographs, snapshots, etc.) ALWAYS reproduce the best. Previously printed photographs and ink jet photographs reproduce the poorest. (This is often due to the dots per inch being less than 200.)
- Tip: To get an idea what your photo will look like you can make a black and white copy on a copy or fax machine.
- Please provide contact phone number (daytime and evening), e-mail address, and home address. This is in case the disk(s) do not reach us in operating order, are not usable, or are missing information.
- The measurements for an ad are approximately 4 1/2" x 7 3/16. Please do not exceed these measurements as reductions may affect final ad size.
