2009 National Cardiac Ultrasound (Echo) Clinic

When: Tuesday, October 20 and Wednesday, October 21, 2009
Cost: $50 per dog
We will do our best to schedule as many Great Danes as possible during the two-day screening clinic. Priority will be given to: adults (age four and up), males, intact, no previous history of cardiac ultrasound exam. Please, only one dog per owner/household; others will be scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis. Please note on Pre-Registration Form if you have additional dogs you would want put on our waiting list. The name of your dog(s) will not be entered on any of our paperwork; if you want to submit your findings to OFA/CHIC, that will be a separate transaction handled by you. Only the owner(s) and the cardiologist will see or have a copy of your echo results.

Pre-registration (by September 2, 2009) is required with your check for $50; you will be sent confirmation of your scheduled appointment time after entries close.
