- Attach to Email - Select this button and the completed form will be attached to a blank email. You can then copy (CTRL-C) the chair's email address from the form and paste (CTRL-V) it into the to field of the email. Please make sure you put something in the subject line like "2009 National" so there is less chance of it ending up in a spam folder.
